SHIPPING OPTIONS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES 

We aim to process and ship all online orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. 

Click and Collect items , physical gift cards, and e-gift cards do not count toward the $120 or more spend threshold to qualify for free standard shipping.

To monitor your P shipments, we recommend registering with Australia Post MyPost . With your free, personal MyPost account , you can track and redirect your packages via the MyPost app , email or SMS. 

• With MyPost Safe Drop , you can ask Australia Post to leave shipments in a secure location at your nominated delivery address.
• Please note that certain types of addresses may not be suitable for this service.

If you have any questions regarding the delivery status of your parcel, please contact our Customer Service team at suppor@jadra.com.au Please note that once an order has been placed, we may not be able to edit the details of the itself or cancel it. 

 SHIPPING TIMES 

We aim to process and ship all online orders within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or any holidays.

During peak periods (sales, holidays, or the day after a holiday), shipping times may be longer. 

 ORDER PACKAGING 

As part of our sustainability commitments, sustainable packaging will be the default shipping option for all Jadra Online orders. No gift packaging, multiple items will be put in one box without gift bag or gift note. 

You can also choose the FREE gift packaging option at checkout. When you choose this option at checkout, your gifts will be individually placed in our exclusive box with a gift bag and a printed gift message.

Our gift packaging includes:

• An individual jewelry box

• 100% recyclable gift bag

• A personalized printed gift message 

For alternative gifting, you can purchase one of our premium gift wrappers in pink or white. For A$9.95, this gift wrapping option includes a gift bag, tissue paper and a gift note. The gift box can hold up to 2 boxes of bracelets or 4 boxes of charms. Please note that your products will not be packaged inside the gift box for delivery.
